The manifesto behind my personal brand
BARBARINE ISKRICE
Every person carries the potential for growth within them — and sometimes all it takes to spark it is the right question, a new perspective, or one small flicker of awareness.
Barbarine iskrice help light up paths we couldn't see before. Iskrice - Sparks that grow into change.
My Story
Curiosity about people has shaped my life for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I watched people's reactions, their relationships, the stories they never said out loud. I picked up on others' feelings quickly, but for a long time I didn't know what to do with that. It often left me feeling different, misunderstood, too sensitive for the world around me.
I grew up in an environment full of tension and pain that was never spoken. Over time, I started to believe something was wrong with me. My anxiety grew stronger, and it later developed into panic attacks. For years, I believed this was just how things were, so I kept pushing through.
The turning point came in 2020, when I suddenly lost my best friend. Her death shook me deeply and, for the first time, opened up a real question: what gives my life meaning? That's when I realised I no longer wanted to simply get through my days. I wanted to understand myself, my reactions, the way I experienced the world. I wanted change.
I started exploring mindfulness, personal growth, family patterns and coaching. Step by step, I discovered how my inner world worked. I learned to better understand my thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Through various training, coaching, NLP and other experiences, I began building a relationship with myself I had never known before. For the first time, I felt truly heard and seen.
Coaching supported me in breaking my patterns and setting boundaries. But at work I still gave it everything I had, took on more tasks and helped partners develop their projects. I didn’t know how to set a boundary for myself, so I took on more than I could carry. I found it hard to ask for help, until I admitted to myself that I couldn’t manage.
The overwhelm spilled into my life outside work. I was exhausted, I slept badly because my mind was racing through a thousand things that didn’t matter, and for all eight hours of the working day I just waited to get into my car and go home to sleep. When I admitted to myself that I didn’t want to live like this, and that it made no sense to me, I decided to change. Burnout showed me what it is like to be completely unable to function, to create, to do anything but survive.
Alongside this, I noticed more and more that people and their relationships fascinate me most. I wanted to know why we react the way we do, what pain we carry inside, how our patterns form and how we can change them consciously. What was once my own search for answers became my mission. That is why I trained as a coach. I don’t want others to have to go through the same story I did.
Today, through my services, programmes and other approaches, I create a space for people who want more clarity, more connection with themselves, and the courage to change. I believe every person carries the potential for growth within them — and sometimes all it takes to spark it is the right question, a new perspective, or one small flicker of awareness.
Tako so nastale Barbarine iskrice. Iskrice, ki pomagajo osvetliti poti, ki jih prej nismo videli. Iskrice, iz katerih rastejo spremembe.
If you feel it's time for a new perspective on yourself, I invite you to join me on this path.
Values
COMMUNICATION IS MY EXPRESSION
As a child, I didn't like to communicate, because I often felt that what I said went unseen and unheard. As I began to explore how I take in messages, I slowly grew to love communication.
Today I know communication isn't just a conversation between two people — it's body language, writing, the way of thinking, how we take in information, our responses, interpretation, imagination. A field of endless possibility.
My brand grows from this understanding. When I communicate, I'm not just reaching my own goals — I'm making space for others, too, and connecting with them.
AUTHENTICITY IS MY SOURCE
For a long time, I saw structure and routine as something I had to maintain in order to be accepted. I didn't realise how much this way of living was draining me.
When I started accepting my own departure from that sameness, I began to discover my true capacity for creating, expanding, for possibility.
For me, authenticity means not adapting to trends in my field, but working from my own unique perspective, voice and path.
Authenticity, to me, is that something everyone carries — the thing that makes each of us different. It's what lets us truly touch people, and through that, contribute to a better society.
ALIGNMENT IS MY COMPASS
In the past, I often followed how the group around me operated, without paying attention to myself or my own values.
Today, I'm learning, day by day, to listen to myself more and please others less. Alignment has become my filter — where I direct my focus, my energy, and who I connect with. It's how I protect my energy instead of spreading myself thin.
Alignment allows me to shift my thought patterns, to look at situations from a different perspective, and to create, learn and explore from that place.
Together, these three values trace my path — from a woman who wasn't heard, to a woman who, through communication, authenticity and alignment, gives others the space to be who they are.
Vision, Calling, Community
VISION
My vision is to build a community where people know how to set boundaries without guilt, express their feelings without fear of judgement, and stop proving their worth to those who don't see it. A world where they discover that what you are — your story, your experiences, your pain — isn't your weakness. It's your unique expression in the world.
CALLING
I help women who diminish themselves in relationships, struggle to find stillness, please others, and feel ashamed of what they carry inside — helping them, through recognising patterns, NLP techniques and coaching, discover their feelings as a compass, set boundaries without guilt, and start acting from their authenticity, so they can stop proving their worth and start living a life that's truly their own.
COMMUNITY
- The woman who fixes, holds and takes care of everyone around her — and, every single time, leaves herself off the list.
- A woman who knows, deep down, that she has more to offer — but is ashamed to show the world what she carries inside, and hides instead.
- A woman who shrinks herself in relationships and tries to please, afraid that showing her true self will get her judged or rejected.
- A woman who struggles to set boundaries — not because she doesn't know where they are, but because she's afraid of seeming rude or disrespectful.
- A woman who still looks for the reasons behind her inner state outside herself — in others' reactions, in validation, in blame she places elsewhere.
- A woman who's exhausted from proving her worth to people who don't see it — yet keeps going, unable to stop.
- A woman who's ready to look within, take responsibility for her life, and make that leap from victim to creator of her own life.
- A woman who believes she's living her truth, but isn't quite there yet — because she isn't fully aware of it.
